Jason replaced the headlight in my car. Not a major job, but during the work he gave me some great recommendations about how to take care of my car. Jason was right on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his friendly, positive attitude and his helpful tips. I'll definitely use YourMechanic again and I can recommend Jason highly.

Took my outback to a subaru dealership and was told my CJ boots were leaking and needed replaced. Chet inspected the CV boots and reported that it was the rack and pinion assy that was leaking and not the CV boot assy. He saved me $$$ and repaired what was needed. I just found my mechanic!

Casey changed valve cover gaskets on my 2001 Subaru six cylinder engine. A very time consuming job. He arrived promptly and worked diligently to get the job done. I recommend him for any work that is needed to be done. My job was something I did not want to do myself and Casey performed better than I could have expected. Will use him again if the need arises.

All about Brake Shoe Replacement (Rear)

Brake shoes are found only at the rear wheels in cars with a drum brake system. When you step on the brake pedal, brake shoes press against the brake drums to cause friction that slows down the car. Brake shoes usually last twice as long as brake pads.
