Tien
18 years of experience
I got a text saying Tien was on his way, so the five minutes he was late due to traffic and a part pick up didn't bother me at all. He did exactly the service I requested, plus an overview of my newly purchased used vehicle, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra services. I was given a quote of $171 when I made the appointment, and I was charged exactly $171 when the service was completed. Pep Boys gave me an estimate for the same service of c "$325, minimum" just last week! Tien did find an additional issue I need to take a look at, and gave me a reasonable explanation with pictures showing the area that needed attention. i'll be booking the service for that in a couple weeks. The ease of making an appointment and paying online, the convenience of them coming to me, the integrity of their quote being the actual price, and the thorough service provided will keep me coming back (and recommending to my friends) for all my maintenance and service needs!

Noe was so helpful and personable! He showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, was very friendly, professional and courteous the entire time and told me exactly what I would need to do to get my car running again as well as the options I had in moving forward in phases. I would highly recommend Noe to any of my friends or family.

Russell

I bought a used Subaru and after owing it less than a month it just wouldn't start. After some bad luck with a previous mechanic I was worried I had bought a lemon. Then I called Your Mechanic and made my appointment with Russell. Russell is very knowledgeable, and knew all the little quarks about Subarus to check. He explained the steps as he went through them, told me exactly what he was looking for. Russell found the problem, a bad battery wire, and replaced it. It was such a relief when my engine turned over. Russell noticed that the engine sounded a little funny and he took the time to tighten some bolts, now my engine sounds better than ever. He also checked the oil and pointed out that it had been over filled. I will definitely be booking Russell again. His attention to detail and professionalism is so far above any other mechanic I've met.

All about Radiator Hose Repair

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
