My biggest disappointment is that Norman is no longer near my area. Norman showed the highest quality of service from the moment I met him. He inspected the vehicle to confirm my engine mount issues and found other issues along the way (timing belt and oil leak) that I should have addressed. The most professional this is that he did not push the extra services on me. He invited me to look at the same symptoms he saw and explained why they were a cause for concern. When I declined additional services he did not manipulate me or scoff or any other behavior you would get at a shop. He simply understood it wasn't in the budget and proceeded to schedule a time to fix the engine mount. He arrived a few days later with the same can-do attitude in the blazing FL heat and finished the job. He reminded me about those repairs and was on his way. Later, I would book Norman to inspect vehicles prior to purchase and the man was very very thorough. We inspected 2 "hidden" issues on two vehicles at a lot before he helped me choose a car with no serious repairs down the road. Norman is truly cream of the crop in the mechanic world and all my future mechanics will have quite big shoes to fill.
