Patrick was right on time, and started working immediately. Had all the proper Mercedes approved oil, filter, gaskets etc and completed the task with no issues. Even went out of his way hooking up air compressor to put the proper air pressure in all my tires. Would highly recommend!!

Shaun did an excellent job! I needed an 80k miles maintenance service and since the service was expensive, I wanted to just get an oil change and get his opinion on what services were needed within the long list of Mercedes recommended services. I handed him the keys and went back to my office. He finished the service within the allotted time and let me know what services I needed with a detailed report of my fluid levels, etc. All of this and the time needed from me - no more than a couple minutes of handing the key and taking it back after the service. Convenience at its best!

All about Starter Replacement

A starter is an electrical motor that is connected to the battery. The job of a starter is to set the engine (pistons, crankshaft, etc.) in motion when you turn the ignition switch on. Once the engine starts and is in motion, the job of starter is done. If the starter goes bad, the engine will not crank properly when you turn the ignition key on or may not crank at all.
