Lewis was timely, communicative and extremely professional. He had a great attitude and laid out his repair plan at the onset of my appointment and kept me updated regarding progress when I walked out a few times. He was also very fast, clean and efficient; he left my garage in better shape than when he started and finished before his estimated time, so I didn't miss my commitments that I had scheduled afterwards. Lewis also had a great demeanor - both friendly and competent - and he took time to tell me about other things to look out for on my car. As an aside, I asked Lewis about a few sounds that my vehicle was making which he checked out upon inspection at the end and we discussed.
