I appreciate the fact that William was straightforward with his recommendation: that I did not need shock absorbers, which AAA had determined I did. That was good. I found it, confounding, however, that even when William was able to find the problem, a dried bush on the spindle, he was not able to correct it because he did not have the proper tools. I would have expected the $70 for finding the problem would be applicable to resolving it. My guess is that if he had the right tools, the problem would have been solved. I am expecting that YourMechanic follow in their promise in resolving the issue. When this is solved, my rating would change.

All about Radiator Hose Replacement

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
