Good job compared to your previous mechanic Omar Wagner. Who falsely represented your co. by continued use of your Co. name. And failed to inform me that as of March, he no longer worked for Your Mechanic team. And left my car with unfinished work in May of this year. I discussed this with Peter, he said he would see what could be done to remedy the problem. I believe what Omar did is illegal called "Fraud."

Alex was on-time and very professional. He performed a thorough pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle, finding it to be in excellent condition. The fee for his service was trivial compared to the confidence and peace of mind his inspection gave me towards purchasing. I would recommend Alex to anyone.

Initially I have no idea that this kind of service exist like a house call. I was skeptical at first but my idea has changed. Mr. Joseph Smith arrived on time and ready to work. He was very informative and discussed with me what he was going to do. He showed me the materials and equipment to be replaced which you will not get to see if it was done at your dealership. The job was done within the proposed time and even made sure that my vehicle was clean. Gave me information on what is needed on the next service interval. Overall, I am happy with the service. I do recommend Joseph for your car maintenance need. I will use his service again.

All about Radiator Replacement

The radiator performs a critical function; it keeps the engine from overheating. While running, the engine produces heat. Coolant flowing through the system absorbs and removes extra heat from the engine. The coolant then passes through the radiator where it cools off and is later circulated back to the engine to absorb heat again. A radiator has two tanks that are connected to each other through aluminum or brass tubes. When the coolant passes through these tubes, the radiator cooling fan blows air across the radiator to lower the temperature of the coolant. The tank is usually made of plastic, and it is common for it to crack and start leaking coolant. If the tank or the tubes crack, coolant will leak , the vehicle will overheat and could cause severe engine damage. Radiators also tend to clog over time. When this occurs, not enough coolant flows through the radiator leading to heat build-up, causing the engine to overheat.
