I don't usually give feedback like this, but feel that Steve helped me out tremendously after recently injuring my back. Steve was great, suffering through the heat of the day. He showed up on time for both scheduled days. I would give him a call the next time I need some help. Thanks again Steve

Jose went above and beyond to have my car ready on-time / early. He clearly explained everything he was doing and went out of his way to make sure I understood the root cause of my radiator failing. I would recommend Jose (and YourMechanic) without reservation.

All about Engine or Transmission Mount Replacement

An engine mount, made of rubber and steel, has two purposes. One, it secures the engine and transmission to the frame of the car, and two, it absorbs the road shocks and engine vibrations so that the driver does not feel any engine movement. Transmission mounts secure the transmission. Most cars have multiple engine and transmission mounts. If one of the mounts breaks, you will feel significant engine movement (vibrations and/or shaking).
