I recently purchased a 2004 Chevy Tracker. Before purchasing, I wanted to have someone thoroughly inspect the vehicle to make sure it wasn't a lemon, and to notify me of what I would need to take care of in the near future, so I could use that for negotiating the price. I contacted YourMechanic at the last second and they responded immediately, able to accommodate my appointment. I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Kevin, the mechanic they sent to do my inspection. He was very thorough, went above and beyond, and made sure to inform me of even the most minor things. Once the inspection was complete, we reviewed the positives and negatives and I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was even able to talk the dealer down $500 from the asking price to cover some of the things that needed attention immediately. The fact that Kevin even had knowledge of the dealers in the area aided my decision. The reports (online and printable) I received were amazingly detailed, listed reminders of what I needed to be aware of, and even rated the vehicles condition to give reference.
