Alfred was extremely friendly and very competent in dealing with the van. He was able to re-diagnose the van once he drove the van and pulled the wheels off. He realize that the work schedule was not necessary, but that it was something else causing the problem on the van. Tyrone came to tell me that the other mechanic did not come out to fix my van but to just replace the shoes and I needed to pay more money to him and then then you will fix my van which I rejected as I was told by the first mechanic my Van was fixed and ready to go! Not true.
