on time, had the replaced starter with him, all the tools needed, went right to work on my vehicle, no questions ask, knew what to do and was done replacing the new starter in 55 mintues, and checked all other issues I was having and will booked him on a later day for services and very clean and friendly. also shook my hand and introduce him prior to working which I forgot to mention in the beginning of this comment.
