Dave showed up at the exact time and finished the complicated job in 2.5 hours. The coolant had to be emptied in order to fix the issue. He topped it up and warned me that it might need a little bit more water after driving a few miles. The coolant warning did come up and I topped it up and no more issues since then. The buggy temperature level / thermostat/check engine is no longer a problem and I should be able to pass smog now.

Jerel was great. Difficult problem that he figured out. Dealer wanted 750 that would not have fixed the problem.

Jonathan showed up early for his scheduled appointment. That doesn't happen often in life. Ask your doctors office. He was fully prepared for the reported issue with my car. He informed me that the job may take 20 minutes or hours, based on the complexibility of the bolt location and if they were factory standard. Most of the bolts were tightened back in 1983 and had not been loose since. He took almost 2 hours but the job was done correctly. My test drive proved the work to be correct, He will be recommended to others and will be requested to come back for any other repairs needed on my cars

All about Ignition Coil Replacement

Ignition coils transform low voltage electrical power 12 volts D.C. to high voltage current 50,000 volts D.C. or higher. The spark generated by the ignition coil ignites the fuel and air mixture in the engine that enables the car to start and run smoothly. If an ignition coil is not working properly, no spark will ignite the air fuel mixture, causing a misfire. A bad ignition coil can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. If your car is equipped with “coil over plugs,” then it is recommended that you replace the spark plugs. If your car uses a single coil for the ignition system, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs.
