This was my first time using Your Mechanic, and I was very surprised and grateful for the service. From speaking with Paul regarding the parts, etc., to having Graham come to do the work, I cannot express how pleased I am. Paul suggested I have an inspection and if I did not need the fuel pump, (as was suspected), I would not be charged for it. Graham was very prompt, and I don’t ever remember having a service person that was as nice, polite, considerate, and knowledgeable! I did not need the fuel pump, and the charges were adjusted to reflect only the inspection. The whole experience was surprising and I will definitely call again and will absolutely recommend Graham. Jose was professional, courteous, reliable, and from what I can tell, a very good mechanic. I needed to replace brakes on an Audi Q8 and Jose came out and identified that the brake sensors also needed replacing. The parts were ordered and he was rescheduled within a few days. Best part is the price for the job did not change. He was concerned with doing the job correctly and making sure that my vehicle is working properly.
