Jonathan showed up on time and quickly diagnosed why my cat wouldn’t start. AutoZone insisted my battery was good and said my alternator was bad. Josh ran multiple tests and verified that it was my battery and likely a cell was bad in it. I ended up swapping out my battery and that solved the problem. He also gave me a tip to not turn on my alarm to help conserve the battery until I could get back to AutoZone the next day. Thank you to Josh for his friendly and professional service and for being honest, which meant not spending money that wasn’t necessary!
