Noel is professional, friendly and considerate. He let me know about some important repairs that I need to address, the ball joint and tie rod. My dealership didn't mention this when I visited about 6 weeks ago. And, he even saved me a little bit of money, by not installing the tensioner, that wasn't needed. He explained and showed me what was going on under my hood. I will definitely use Noel again.
