Sometimes it's the little things that matter...I found Antonios to be a good listener and he seem to understand the pain of owning a BMW. He was there to replace the Serpentine Belt, he had it installed before I could finish my sentence. I expected him to take off when he was done with the belt, to my surprise, he stayed until he was sure that my car and I were okay and ready to roll. I got my monies worth and perhaps a friend.
Tony was awesome! He was very professional and helpful, really saved me time and hassle by being efficient and prompt! He went outback of his way to make sure I understand what was going on with my car and even saved me money when he realized one of the belts didn’t need to be replaced like we originally thought.
