2012 Toyota 4Runner 80,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben was great. He was polite, arrived early, and took extra time to make sure issues were fixed where and demonstrate he knew more about the vehicles being worked on than prior mechanics. Ben is going to be my "go to guy" for future service work. I was very impressed.

Pardeep arrived on-time, was friendly and clear about how he would tackle my lighting problem with my SUV. Huge shoutout to how candid he was with what he saw was wrong and clearly describing his thoughts on how to fix the lighting problem. Too many times in the past with other mechanics, I feel they didn't take any time to explain in understandable terms what they are going to do and how they are going to fix it. In the time he was here, I greatly appreciated his clarity around what was covered within the service he was schedule for and what may not be. This allowed me to have options around what I could pay to fix. At the end of the service, I agreed to the additional work and he was able to completely fix my lighting issue. His clarity and professionalism really gave me the confidence that he wasn't wasting my time. I plan on booking him again if I have any other issues with my SUV.
