After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles. Great service + great price = A+

I really appreciate the time Greg took to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain what was working as expected and recommended repairs. He didn't try and upsell me on anything other than the immediate recommended services, and alerted me of the 15 safety recalls my truck currently has. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
