He was polite, knowledgable, and wasted no time with a diagnosis. He stated that his diagnostic testing and visual inspection would be detailed and sent to my E-mail address.

Dellano was very knowledgeable of the task at hand and did the work with absolutely no assistance from me. Even let me know what else was wrong with my vehicle after repairs were done.
