Diagnosed the problem and made recommendation

Luis called to confirm our appointment, and he was here on time, even though he had a very lengthy job before mine. He did a very good job replacing the driver's side power window regulator and window motor, in one hour, and cleaned up so that the car looked great. He also recommended some follow-up service (brake pads & power steering fluid replacement (because it's getting brown), both of which sound like good suggestions. I'll be happy to have Luis back on future jobs.

Because Luis did a great job replacing my power window regulator and motor, I chose him to replace the front brake pads, and he again did a great job. He arrived on time, explained the details, and within an hour, everything was fixed.
