Kenneth was professional and very informative in terms of the services I requested and explaining the general health of my car. He determined the problem immediately upon inspecting the engine of the car and determining a need to clean the throttle body. What stood out in the service was that Kenneth took the time to educate me about the different parts and processes that are going within the car, and he was very considerate by explaining everything in layman's terms. He was quick, efficient, and got the job done and more; I will definitely book him for any future auto needs.
