There was some rattling in the brakes, so he took everything out of his truck again to fix the problem so there wouldn't be issues later. There was no mess left behind. He doesn't sell you on extras, only what's needed.

He was early, which turned out to work in my favor! He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). He pointed things out that I should look out for when I explained that it was first car; something he probably didn't have to do. If I need services in the future, I hope I get him again.
