Robert was a really honest and knowledgeable mechanic. When I requested the inspection I was really dreading the cost of the repairs and since luxury brands usually come with high maintenance costs I thought for sure it would be a costly repair. Fortunately, Robert was able to solve my problem in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try to add additional services or repairs which is honestly more than I can say for most shops out there. OMG, Faraz is awesome. Very skilful, smart and professional. I have always taken my Mercedes S550 to a local dealer, and so was very worried that a remote mechanic would be able to deal with my finicky car. I was blown away. He replaced the starter in just about 1 hr. That's about half the time that the Dealer takes. Also the dealer charges 4 or 5 times the price! This is a no-brainer. My first time with Faraz, but I'm also making reservations for a transmission change and coolant replacement. And for my friends and family's cars too... But don't you also rush to him. I don't want him to be too busy for me!
