2013 Lexus ES350 40,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Was assigned Jay to my service request. He kept me in the loop of his ETA, he was running late (which I absolutely had no problem with) but kept me updated up into the time he arrived to the time he finish the work, which was nice and extremely helpful. He was super professional, came prepared, knowledgeable, serviced my car and I called it a day. Couldn't of went any easier or better. This is the 2nd time using YourMechanic.com, both times different assigned mechanics, both times, extremely happy with the overall service from start (getting quote/making appt) to finish (signing off on work). Received Jay's detail car report which in my opinion is better than I have ever received from a dealer or repair shop. Goes into details, with photos & even voice recordings of work details. 100% + would recommend Jay and YourMechanic.com. Thank you for a job well done!!

Theodore did Great work as he has always done since I started using Your mechanic. I have nothing but High praise for his professional quality of work. I do on the other have major issues with the under handed tactics of Your mechanic in trying to keep a person's money in house credited to an account instead of giving credit for services not needed or not performed back to your Credit Card account where it should be credited.!!!!! They are among the worst businesses that try to do this!!!! For this reason I will stop recommending them!!!!!

Jonathan called to come early, which was great! He performed the repair in under an hour and was very helpful in explanations and answering questions. Car runs great-we are pleased!
