My appointment was between 1:00pm-2:00pm. Even though Robert was only going to be a little later then 1:00pm he called to let me know what his ETA was going to be. Robert did a through inpection on my car and broke it down so I would understand everything that is going to be on the estimate, which was very much apprieciated.
