John is outstanding! He is patient and methodical as well as more qualified than any dealer mechanic I have observed. I took my car to my local Ford dealer. They had it for 7 days trying to figure how to repair an axel frozen solid to the hub in which the hub had a bad bearing. John was able to remove then install the parts needed (steering knuckle, axel, bearing, and hub) within 2 visits. The second visit was needed because parts had to be ordered. All this work performed in my driveway. No dealer hassles, no needing to get rides to/from dealer, and actually watching old parts come out and new ones installed was reassuring. John is excellent.

He was great!! Very nice. Very knowledgeable. He let me know about how to get the acid build up off my battery terminal. And answered my questions. He put me at ease about the work being done. And didn't take to take long getting it done. A very nice person. And being able to have him come to me was such a convenience.
