The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. Based on the information provided on the trouble ticket , it appeared to require replacement of the starter. Jonathan physically checked the problem and discovered that the bolt’s of the starter were loose causing the gear to engage into the flywheel.
