Robert was just excellent. He was very professional and friendly, gave me plenty of notice on when he would arrive, and explained everything very clearly. He also was thorough, diagnosed the problem, located the defective unit and presented all the options clearly. It was a real pleasure, and he had the car fixed quickly, but also took a few minutes to do a quick inspection. The price was really fair. I couldn't be more satisfied of how it all went.

Lucas was unable to determine our engine problem, but that was because it was complicated and would have required more investigation than he was able to do in our driveway, but he did do a thorough and professional job checking out everything that he was able to check out.
