Theodore was kind, and extremely efficient! Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong wheel bearings (for the back when it was the front that were needed) he went to the trouble of finding what I needed and came back and fixed my wheel bearing in the rain and the dark and on a Sunday during the Seahawks game! Who does that!?? Theodore does, and he gave me a very reasonable quote on other things my 13 yr old car needs. Because of the way my car died I was scared of how much it would cost to repair it and I was frightened to drive my car in case it happened again. As the daughter of a mechanic, I have seen many batteries replaced. I never seen anyone remove and replace a battery as fast as Simon did. Most take about an hour, he was done in less than 45 minutes. He did the check and told me to keep an eye on the Engine light, since the reading from the codes mostly come from the fact that the battery was pulled and the alternator replaced. Computer has to reboot. I will definetly take care of it.
