At first, things started off a little bumpy because he had to cancel and reschedule our original appointment date. A couple of days later, on the new appointment date, Rusty text me asking if I minded him arriving a couple of hours earlier than the schedule time, "yes, no problem." Overall, I enjoyed the quality service James provided. He made sure my car was working perfectly and test drive it.
