At first, things started off a little bumpy because he had to cancel and reschedule our original appointment date. A couple of days later, on the new appointment date, Rusty text me asking if I minded him arriving a couple of hours earlier than the schedule time, "yes, no problem." Rusty was very friendly and informative about the process. I handed over my keys and he got to work, replacing the fuel pump on my Dodge Ram. Approximately two hours later, to my surprise, Rusty informed me that my truck was running and good-to-go. I was expecting it to take longer. I am trying to buy new to me car. I requested a pre-purchase inspection, and Jonathan was my assigned mechanic. I wasn’t present for the inspection but via yourmechanic I was updated upon his arrival and completion. He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment time, and I feel gave a very in depth report on his findings. Most things were reported to be ok, but because of his inspection, I was able to ask the dealership to resolve those issues that weren’t or I wouldn’t be buying the car. Now I could’ve taken this car to a shop or dealership and had it inspected, but I live an hour away. The time this saved me not only in travel but waiting as well is worth the price paid!
