Theodore was very easy going and I had a great "gut" feeling right away. This is important to me, it builds trust for me. The maintenance my dealer had been hounding me on, was not needed and he did an inspection, explained brakes to me, checked tires, top of some wiper fluids, and other items I probably don't even realize since he was thorough. Trust is important to me and I felt my car was well taken care off. I will definitely forget my dealer now where in 3 years haven't felt the trust I felt within 10 minutes of talking with Theodore.
