Jay was extremely helpful, kind and insightful when it came to my pre-purchase inspection. Jay arrived early, and was super patient as the seller delayed the meetup by almost half an hour. He performed a very thorough inspection & gave us his diagnosis, the estimated cost of repairs and recommendations on how to deal with the repairs. I would be so insecure about my purchase without him but he left me feeling confident! Thanks so much!

Text to say he could arrive early, turned up, diagnosed the issue, went and got the part, returned and fixed. He showed me all the costs for full transparency. You really couldn't ask for more. I hope I don't need to but if I do I will use the service again and will request Joe, if possible.

I was very pleased with Eric's expertise and I didn't feel like he was just trying to get over with adding extra parts. He took the time to show me why he thought I needed an extra part and made sure he did the job correct and in good timing! This was my first time using this service and I will definitely be using it again!
