This guy stood me up without any communication to reschedule. I had to go through customer service to reschedule. He says he showed up and replaced my EGR modulator, this to resolve a check engine light problem that wasn't fixed by a previous service. He was here for 15 minutes, claims to have replaced the modulator and then left a report about my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT being on. That's a total fabrication! The battery was and is still dead. No way he could have seen a check engine light. It takes a few hours of driving after the battery is disconnected before a check engine light would register. BUT, the fix was to FIX the check engine light! After a month of going back and forth with customer service and the warranty department, I have decided to move on from Your Mechanic. These guys just blow smoke and customer service is horrible overall.
