He is very down to earth and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I'm very greatful for all the hard work he put in on such a cold day.

He arrived on time, got his gear and began. The job was completed in less time than originally estimated. I won't know how it actually works for a week or so, but everything looksfine.
