Robert showed up when scheduled courteous and polite. He completed the job on my Mercedes and I would definitely recommend him to friends.

He installed turn signal switch but when he reassembled he didn't not align steering angle sensor to exact position and now I have inoperative error messages, my attention assist, driving assist functions are inoperative, my steering wheel and power steering is malifunctioning, l called him as soon as l attempted to drive car, he told me he had to run Christmas errands for mother, would return at 5:30pm no show he stated to dark and late will come out at noon tomorrow. The steering angle sensor is damaged and now I must take to Cherryhill motors to now fix a major repair costing me $900 on Thursday to repair. There is no way he can fix the damage, as l was told at dealership at 4:30pm and now must drop off car Thursday. That part will cost me $350 at Cherryhill plus labor cost. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with now having a minor repair becoming a major bill. Mr G is a pleasant and professional young man but, he had difficulty removing steering angle sensor and a piece of plastic b molding clap he broke, minor but l tipped him for effort but now my problem is worse.
