Helpful, knowledgeable, experience and explained what she was doing
Mike replaced the oil pan gasket on my Pontiac Bonneville and I am very happy with the end result. No more oil is leaking and the car runs fine. I would definitely recommend Mike and I would definitely recommend yourmechanic.com. Definitely two thumbs up.
Robert performed the oil pan gasket change despite it being a huge pain for this type of car and engine (support structure required, need for the transmission to be moved, etc.). While on the job, he noticed that the serpentine belt was being eaten by a small rock stuck underneath it. Fully satisfied with the job!
Alan was excellent . He was professional, friendly and did a wonderful job ! I will certainly spread the word about your company. The communication was awesome on both end's. That is important to me.
