I scheduled Bobby to work on my car to replace my inner and outer tie rod ends and the upper left ball joint. He was able to change the tie rod ends but was not able to change the ball joint because I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. I was still billed for the ball joint because he assured me he’d come back and finish the job once the correct part that I ordered came in through the mail. We rescheduled multiple times and I’ve contacted him several times and received no response.
