Jimmi was knowledgeable, efficient, and well versed in replacing my alternator. He also discovered a 200 amp fuse was blown. He waited around until my husband could attempt to find one at a local parts store only to find out it would not fit. He helped me locate one via Amazon that would fit. Showed me how to replace it since I had to wait for it to arrive the next day.
