Henry was on time, courteous, kept the work area clean and completed the job without a hitch.
Albert was on time, very nice, and fixed my issue in a timely manner. I had motor mounts replaced on my Ford Explorer, not the easiest job by any means, but he got it done right at my house working out on a cold, windy day. He did it for probably half of what I would've paid at a garage. I was extremely pleased. Nobody looks forward to auto repairs, but knowing I have an honest mechanic who does great work, who will come to me, is awesome. I'm so glad I stumbled across YourMechanic.com
Complete waste of my money! Are used this service for a pre-purchased inspection of used 1989 for Bronco II, I contacted the mechanic while in route to the inspection to tell him my primary concern for this vehicle, based on age and history, was body rust. Not only did he completely missed the significant amount of rust on the body, fender wells, doorframes, floorboards he also completely missed the undercarriage rust. I do not believe the mechanic even looked under the vehicle. The vehicle report on the individual components and systems did not match the overall score that was given and it certainly did not reflect the overall condition of the vehicle that I found upon taking possession of the vehicle. The mechanic completely missed The non-functioning Air conditioning compressor which was extremely easy to diagnose as the clutch engages for five seconds and then disengages. I would not recommend this mechanic for a pre-purchased inspection. I’m sure he can change oil, or spark plug, but I would not recommend him to conduct a pre-purchased inspection on a used vehicle.
