Rocco was on time, even made an attempt to get there earlier in the day, but I wasn't able to respond in time to confirm. We did communicate ahead of my appointment and he showed up with everything needed and completed the fix within 20-25 minutes. Very personable and did a good job of explaining what he intended to do and followed through on everything.
