JEFFERY PHILISTIN is a very articulate Professional Friendly young man. He arrived ahead of time which was fantastic. He has impeccable manners and concern for the customer. His Customer FOCUS attitude in listening intently to the customers details of the issues with the vehicle is noteworthy. He was timely in his diagnostics explaining the details in layman's terms and advice. Jeffery Philistin is intelligent and pleasing to be around and was concerned for the best solutions for this customer. I consider him an ASSET to the YOUR MECHANIC COMPANY and I would hire him for my company. I recommend you clone him for future customers.
