Our vehicle would not stay running & we tried many different things to fix it ourselves but nothing worked. Breck was able to diagnose the problem with our vehicle in a matter of minutes. Great job.

My experience with Breck was the worst ever with Your Mechanic! The new alternator that was installed on my vehicle days earlier was defective as my car would start and however die. This cause my car to die in traffic and I had to get a tow back to my home. I called Your Mechanic and told them the problem with my car and an appointment up with Breck. I was informed by Breck my car stalled because of no oil, as the valve cover was leaking. I indicated to Breck three quarts of oil was just put in a few days ago and there were no visible leaks of oil in the drive way where my vehicle had been parked. Breck did not have oil to put in my car, which it did not need, and he did not test my vehicle to determine if the new alternator was defective. He sent me an estimate of $511.00 for a valve cover gasket replacement , alternator belt replacement, and front brake pads replacement, which none of these he checked. Breck customer service and professionalism was very poor. I will not recommend Breck to a friend or colleague and do not want his service again.
