Drew is a very courteous, thorough and professional technician who not only examines your vehicle, but who actually takes the time to point out the issue (s) and explain it for the customer to understand.
Shaun did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and advising me of his findings along the way. Very professional and courteous. Took his time to check everything thoroughly and ensure he didn't miss anything. Even took the time to remove a few parts just to confirm his findings. Glad he'll be back to complete the work.
