The mechanic arrived at the appointment on time but did not have the proper equipment to perform a diagnosis on my vehicle. My husband had to use his truck to assist the mechanic with jumping the battery for the car. The car was not getting enough energy to the battery so the mechanic advised he would have to come back the next day. That same day I received a text message showing a diagnostic report and an estimate of cost. I never got a diagnostic so I was confused. Nothing was checked that day because the car would not even start so why was I receiving a quote for services for an oil change and tires. This was very confusing and dishonest. The mechanic did come back the next day however he still could not tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. He stated that he would come back the next day but never returned. I called the customer service line and received the run around for a whole month. The reps kept advising that they would get back with my mechanic to gain clarity and contact me back. I have called 4 times over the last month with no resolution. It has been over a month with no call back or resolution. I would like my my money back for the diagnostic since I never received a diagnostic.
