Great guy. Much better than spending time at the dealership
Phillip was great he arrived on time. He was very patient with me explaining the issue(s) I had with my car. Phillip listened & took his time inspecting my car thoroughly. I've taken my car to (3) other shops and they weren't able to advise me what the problem was, but Phillip was able to, he also explained in depth why it was happening. I will request Phillip for all car needs, as well as recommending him to anyone I know with car troubles.
Shawn came out just like always, on time professional, and polite. He was dressed very professionally and was polite as usual. He got right to work and diagnosed the issue right away, after a test drive it was found out the car needed a whole new transmission it was bad news for this car but he did his best to recommend services and going forward what he could do to fix the issue. Once again thank you Shawn for your polite and honest answer even if the outcome was not something we wanted to hear. I always trust Shawn's opinion and you should too, great experience as always.
