Excellent
Symptom: Turn key on to start the car the neither the bendix or the starter motor would not react. Daniel came out $75.00 to anylize the problem. Daniel tested the battery "the battery tested good" as I watched. he then ran a test wire from the battery to the starter after jacking the car up. He came out and said the starter was bad. I said go ahead and replace it. He said not today! ( expected him to do it that day) He said Monday! I agreed thinking it would be a reasonable price. He sent a quote of near $375 dolllars. (A new starter with a lifetime warranty was $89.00). After checkin, the starter in the car has a life time. I could not change the starter myself due to hand injuries. A friend agreed to change it for me. I took the starter in to exchange it and when they tested it. the starter tested good. But they gave me a new replacement. My friend replaced the starter 20 minutes to remove itand 15 minutes to install the new one. It still will not start the car. Daniel misdiagnosed the problem after he was paid $75.00. A waste of my money, time and aggrivation.
