Man, look. Charles embodies the YourMechanic experience because cause I feel like he’s MY mechanic. He is very knowledgeable, listens, prompt, communicates the situation and will let you know what can and cannot be done. That’s all you can ask. Charles will continue to be my mechanic. Not only did he fix my trunk, he also added a way so if I do run into this issue in the future it won’t be as painful. I am very grateful for Charles and the work he’s done for me.
