Friendly and informative. Transparent about what he was doing.
He was on time and very knowledgeable, explained every thing he was doing and was very friendly on top of that. He worked on the car like it was his own. I would definitely request him for future work and recommend him to everyone I know.
John actually called the day before to let me know he had an opening, but didn't get the message til later since I missed the call. However he did arrive on time, actually early for our scheduled appointment. He was very professional! I also asked him while he was working if he could note any "issues" with the car for repair, and he said I'd get a detail report, which I did. It wasn't a lot, basic wear and tear stuff on a 2002 suv. I will definitely not only use this company again, but request John. This company's price for my repair was a lot less then the "other" shop I took it too for same exact work.
