Daniel has been very informative and honest.the previous mechanic was wrong in his diagnosis and missed some things as well.

Marco called to say he did not have my address then he was an hour late, the oil change went fine and his trouble shooting of the battery light was what I had alredy advised you of - alternator going out. He was unprepared to fix the problem and was not able to schedule the repair for over a week. I will not be using your service again. It took 2 weeks to bet an oil change when I coulde have gotten it completed in 30 - minuges down the street. Ridiculous scheduling and when the mechanic shows up he canot fix the prolem and yhou want me to accept not having my car for another week. I will not be using your servicce in the future nor will I reocmmend your service.
